破解青少年心理健康难题亟需整体社会性方案
心理健康与人的生活质量、智力水平，以及幸福和美好的人生体验密切相关，与社会共同富裕，尤其是精神生活共同富裕有着密不可分的联系。可以说，心理健康是物质富裕、精神富有的基石。没有健康的心理，比没有健康的身体更加可怕。而青少年群体的心理健康，深刻地影响着中国社会的未来。
如今，人们普遍感受到：我们的物质生活越来越好，青少年的快乐却越来越少；家长越来越重视教育，孩子的学习动机却越来越弱；父母越想帮到孩子，亲子关系却越来越疏离。究竟是什么造成了这种状况？
答案恐怕与过度的社会“内卷”有关。从“鸡娃”开始，直至考研、考博，过度的竞争导致部分孩子的心理健康出现了诸多问题。心理专家认为，青少年阶段是身心发展极为迅速的时期，同时也是危机重重的特殊时期。当社会节奏明显超越青少年身心成长速度的时候，他们便会出现焦虑、抑郁、暴力、厌学，乃至厌世等问题。过度的竞争和“内卷”，更使得这一阶段呈现复杂多样的特征。正是社会和家庭环境共同推高了竞争的强度，造成了社会运转机制出现了过大压力，层层加压，最后传递到青少年身上。
面对青少年心理健康危机，单靠医学、心理学的专业力量远远不够，因为它是一个社会性的整体问题，需要宏观的社会解决方案。究其本质而言，必须降低社会性的过度竞争和内卷。社会竞争缓和下来，教育竞争才能真正缓和。而从现实可行的路径看，至少有以下三点需要我们反思力行：
重新认识、理解青少年的生存环境。近年来，不少与青少年心理健康相关的极端事件都与手机、网络游戏相关。有些家长觉得不可思议：“只不过扔了一个手机，小孩怎么就这么冲动。”其实，手机和游戏只是诱因，它们关联着整个飞速变化的外部世界。相对于父母一辈，这一代青少年通过互联网更早地接触了外部世界和复杂的价值观，因而普遍“早熟”。一方面，孩子比父母“头脑”复杂；另一方面，父母却把自己的价值观和人生经验“按”到他们头上。结果只能是圆凿方枘——家长以为的“正确”，在孩子看来未必就对；家长理解的天空之大、转弯之缓，在孩子的眼中可能就是头顶逾越不了的狭小“井眼”、急转时的巨大离心力；家长以为不过扔了个手机，对孩子来说恰恰是压垮骆驼的最后一根稻草。当孩子们因为巨大的学习压力，去网络和游戏世界里找寻放松和愉快时，家长便把一切不如意都归因到看不见、摸不着的“成瘾”上。殊不知，它只是结果，并不是原因，更遑论根本原因。
高度重视家长的自我教育。家庭教育的对象不只是孩子，更要紧的是家长。家长的焦虑和压力解决不了，孩子的焦虑压力更解决不了。在家庭教育中，家长要努力自我成长，去体验并正确认识孩子的生存环境和思维方式。营造陪伴孩子长大的幸福、快乐氛围，从单纯的、经验性的父母之爱成长为理性的、智慧的伙伴与大朋友。从家庭出发，逐渐拓展至社会教育，一切成年人都应该为孩子示范一个美好的人生。
学校要将心理健康教育放到立德树人的重要位置。学校心理健康教育不是危机干预和处理，而是要培养学生的积极心理，增强他们的心理韧性。防止抑郁症、调节情绪的心理教育固然重要，但更要着眼培养全体青少年的积极心理品质，帮助他们发展乐观、向上的创造力、想象力等正面情绪。学校应该开展丰富、多元的体育活动和广泛、开放的读书活动，帮助孩子们形成正确、宽容的与社会、世界、他人相处的价值观。学校还要多创造能让孩子独处、发呆的空间。青少年外在人际环境比较脆弱，成长中缺少思考和独处的空间，很容易造成偏激、执拗的性格，思想和心理都难以得到真正的成长。此外，全社会协同联动也十分重要。学校应该承担起牵头引导作用，将政府、社会专业机构协同起来，融通联动医学、心理学、社会学、教育学等多学科专业资源，共同破解青少年心理健康教育的难题。
