黄河时评：别让青少年心理问题成下一个“搜索盲区”
今天上午10时，在胡鑫宇事件新闻发布会上，江西省、市、县公安机关联合工作专班及市县相关部门，发布了最终调查结论：认定胡鑫宇系自缢死亡，其中，现场提取封存的录音笔系胡鑫宇持有使用，有两段音频清晰表达了自杀意愿。
胡鑫宇悲剧的发生是“多因一果”，事后对任何一方的指责，都不是反思的终点。回望这一百余天，我们得到的深刻教训，不只有“在搜寻工作中对部分重点区域，没有完全做到横向到边、纵向到底”这样的搜索疏漏。有关青少年心理问题严重性的认知，或许才是许多人从未涉足过的盲区。
在胡鑫宇失踪之后，受制于官方信息供给滞后与个体认知水平差异，舆论场上“阴谋论”滋长迅速，甚至几经进化，制造出耸人听闻的谣言。随着遗体的发现，陆续有媒体现场探访，爆炸的信息量和模糊的细节加剧了人们甄别信息的难度，针对自杀还是他杀的争论，一度碰撞出更为激烈的交锋。青少年心理问题容易被忽视的痼疾，因这场悲剧再次被摆上台面进行讨论。
据世界卫生组织报道，抑郁症已成为导致青少年患病和残疾的主要原因之一，自杀是15-19岁人群的第四大死亡原因。根据《2022年中国青少年自杀报告》，仅2022年这一年就有约10万的青少年自杀。在强调“少年愁”的严重性时，我们有数据支撑，也有案例佐证，但和成年人每日面临的社会压力相比，青少年出现心理问题后，被粗暴地归类至“青春期叛逆”和“无病呻吟”者仍旧居多。
现实中，大部分自杀行为发生前已有警示信号，但主动共情青少年面临的心理困境、提前发现他们的“隐性求助”几乎是一种奢望。往往在悲剧发生后，人们才能将一些细节串联起来：胡鑫宇失踪前出现入睡困难、早醒、醒后难以再入睡等睡眠问题，注意力难以集中、记忆困难等认知功能障碍；此外，胡鑫宇入学后和家人打过电话，说自己在这里过得不好、不想读书了，母亲和哥哥还专程从外地赶来，安慰了他。
若将情境还原，可以发现每一个有迹可循的苗头，在当时都未能引发足够的重视。胡鑫宇以生命敲响的警钟，值得每所学校、每个家庭以及全社会共同垂目倾听。
越来越多处于青春期，心智尚未发育成熟的孩子，因为学习压力、成长压力等早早地囿于心理困境，甚至演变成心理疾病。揆诸现实，人们对抑郁症和心理问题本身的偏见仍是一座大山，“病耻感”阻碍着这些饱受内心折磨的青少年发出求助，“叛逆”“矫揉造作”“心理承受能力不行”等误解更将他们推向黑暗的深处。作为青少年心理健康的第一道防线，许多家长对抑郁症等心理问题缺乏科学的认知与足够的经验，难以辨别和听懂孩子的无声“求救”。而在学校这道防线中，因为师资力量不足、测评周期过长等问题，校内心理咨询室往往利用率低，在提前察觉和介入青少年心理问题上无法发挥应有作用。
人们难以相信花季少年会主动选择死亡，“他没有自杀的理由”，这种脱口而出的难以置信，何尝不是对青少年心理问题的逃避与忽视？可以预想，胡鑫宇事件最终调查结论的出炉，短时间内也无法弥合舆论场的撕裂。因为“成绩差绝对不至于自杀”“不可能有厌世悲观的思想”等想法，并非全是“阴谋论”的延伸，而是某种信念固执。唯有以更坚决、更迫切的态度呼吁破除偏见，正视并关注青少年“成长的烦恼”，织密青少年心理健康防护网，才能避免青少年心理问题成下一个“搜索盲区”。
